International Automotive Components Group CEO James Kamsickas is giving up his post to become president and CEO of Dana Holding Corp. on Aug. 11.

Kamsickas, 48, will succeed Roger Wood, 53, who is retiring. Wood, a former head of BorgWarner Inc.'s turbo and emission systems unit, has been Dana's president and CEO for the past four years.

Kamsickas formerly headed Lear Corp.'s interior systems unit, which became part of IAC when the latter company was formed by investor Wilbur Ross in 2006. Kamsickas moved into his current role at IAC three years ago.

Effective July 20, IAC's new president and CEO will be auto industry veteran Steve Miller. He is a former CEO at Delphi, Bethlehem Steel and Federal-Mogul. Miller also served as vice chairman of the former Chrysler Corp. Most recently he has been chairman of New York City-based private equity firm MidOcean Partners LP.
