Maybach Concept Features Gullwing Doors

Daimler AG’s Mercedes-Maybach Vision 6 concept coupe will be outfitted with gullwing doors, which the carmaker demonstrated in a teaser video.

The Vision 6 will be unveiled later this week at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in California. The car is expected to be the basis for a new production model for the ultra-luxury Maybach nameplate. Stretching 236 inches, the concept car is about 20 inches longer than Maybach’s S-Class-based S600 coupe.

The gullwing doors are reminiscent of those used in the discontinued SLS AMG coupe.
