Honda Motor Co. has released a sketch of its WR-V concept crossover vehicle that will be unveiled next month at the Sao Paulo auto show in Brazil.
The concept, which is based on Honda’s Fit/Jazz compact car architecture, is expected to lead to a production model in the near future. The vehicle will be sold in South America and possibly other international markets, according to media reports.
The WR-V moniker stands for "Winsome Runabout Vehicle." The concept borrows styling cues from the redesigned Civic small car and latest CR-V crossover, including a wide grille and elongated headlights.
