Goodyear Names New Global Sales Chief

Richard Kellam, formerly global chief customer officer for candymaker Mars Inc., will take over as senior vice president of global sales and marketing at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. on Sept. 22.

His job will be to create a "program of sales and marketing excellence" that bolsters customer satisfaction and "meaningful experiences," according to the company.

Kellam will be based at Goodyear headquarters in Akron and report to CEO Richard Kramer.
