General Motors Co. is launching a new online service to sell low-mileage used company cars, including off-lease and daily rental vehicles.
The Factory Pre-Owned Collection will offer an inventory of more than 30,000 Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC models, all with fewer than 37,000 miles of service. Vehicles will come with an extended warranty, a three-day exchange option and free trial OnStar and Sirius/XM satellite radio services.
GM says online visitors to the system's Web site, which will go live in February, can use Kelley Blue Book to check suggested pricing against comparable models and look up a Carfax vehicle history report.
Buyers will take delivery through a participating GM dealer by using the company’s online Shop-Click-Drive system.
