General Motors Co. is recalling 500 of its 2019 model, 750-hp Corvette ZR1 sports cars because their airbag systems may shut down after being subjected to the hard braking and acceleration of racetrack driving, Jalopnik reports.
The recall will involve installing modified software that can withstand aggressive driving conditions without becoming confused. Owners will be notified by mail at the end of next week.
