GM Posts 12% Sales Gain in China

Full-year sales by Shanghai GM climbed 13% to a record 1.71 million units. Volume for SAIC-GM-Wuling rose 13% to 1.79 million. Domestic sales by FAW-GM plunged 29% to 41,700 vehicles.
GM sold a record 919,500 Buick models in 2014. Demand for Chevrolet vehicles jumped 10% to 717,000, also a record. Cadillac posted record deliveries of 73,500 vehicles, up 47% from 2013.
