Jonathan Halvorson has been hired as director of global media strategy and branded entertainment at General Motors Co.
Jonathan Halvorson has been hired as director of global media strategy and branded entertainment at General Motors Co.
He will direct the company's $1.7 billion in advertising purchases with the goal of making GM's use of media "more accountable and innovative," according to the company.
Halvorson formerly was global client director at Starcom MediaVest Group. In his new post he will report to Megan Stooke, GM's general director of global marketing services.
