GM Ignition Death Toll Reaches 121

Two more fatalities linked to defective General Motors Co. ignition switches have been approved for compensation by the special fund set up by the company, bringing the total to 121, according to Automotive News.

The fund also approved payments on claims of an additional eight serious injuries, raises the total for that group to 251. The fund continues to evaluate 76 other claims and awaits further documentation for 798 other submissions.
