General Motors Co. and Ford Motor Co. report sales gains in China for June.

GM says its ventures in China hiked deliveries 11% to 273,600 units last month. Buick grew 10% to 86,100 units, Cadillac surged 34% to 9,600 cars, and the company’s Baojun local brand more than doubled its domestic deliveries to 43,200. All three results were record highs for June.

GM’s volume in China through the first half of the year advanced 5% to a record 1.81 million cars and trucks, according to the company.

Ford’s sales in China grew 3% to 85,100 units in June. The company’s deliveries for January-June gained 6% to 577,100 units, aided by a 27% hike in demand for Ford SUVs and crossover vehicles. The company’s relaunched Lincoln luxury brand tripled sales to 12,500 units in the first half of 2016.
