Genesis G90 Sedan to Start at $69,000
Hyundai Motor Co.’s Genesis sub-brand will price its new G90 flagship sedan, which replaces the outgoing Hyundai Equus, at $69,000 when the 2017 model hits dealerships at the end of the month.
Hyundai Motor Co.’s Genesis sub-brand will price its new G90 flagship sedan, which replaces the outgoing Hyundai Equus, at $69,000 when the 2017 model hits U.S. dealerships at the end of the month.
The base rear-wheel-drive model is powered by Hyundai’s all-new 3.3-liter twin-turbo V-6 engine. The top-end all-wheel-drive variant with a 5.0-liter V-8 engine starts at $73,000.
Standard features include automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-keeping assist, steerable headlights with high-beam assist, blind-spot detection with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control with stop-start capability, multi-view cameras and what’s described as a “driver attention alert” system.
The G90 also gets Amazon’s voice-activated Alexa connectivity system that allows owners to remotely access certain vehicle functions.
