Ford Motor Co. is recalling 19,100 of its 2013 model Fusion sedans in the U.S. to replace faulty headlamps.
The vehicles were produced at Ford's Hermosillo, Mexico, plant between February and mid-October. Ford says affected cars were fitted with low-beam headlamp assemblies supplied by Valeo Sylvania Illuminacion with a coating that could become hazy and diminish light output.
The issue is minor, and no related injuries have been reported. But the recall is the Fusion's fourth in four months. Last week Ford included the car in an 89,100-unit recall of 2013 Escape and Fusion vehicles to fix an engine fire hazard.
