Ford CEO Fields Earned $18.6 Million in 2014

Ford Motor Co. paid Mark Fields, who took over as its CEO last July, $18.6 million in 2014.

Fields received $1.7 million in salary, $3.2 million in bonus pay and $13.7 in other compensation. The package compares with $10.2 million in compensation in 2013, when Fields was Ford's chief operating officer.

Alan Mulally, who retired as CEO at the end of June, received $22 million in 2014. He was awarded $1 million in salary, $3.2 million in bonus and $17.9 million in other compensation in 2014. Mulally got $23.2 million in 2013, according to Ford's proxy statement.
