Fiat and Mazda announced on Monday that they will jointly develop a sports car for Mazda and Alfa Romeo. The companies aim to begin producing the Alfa version at Mazda's Hiroshima facility in 2015. The partners added they would explore further cooperation in Europe.
Marchionne says Fiat is willing to team up with Mazda on engines and other models.
