Fiat SpA and its Italian unions have agreed on a one-year contract, which will be retroactive to February.
Workers will receive a pay raise of €40 per month. Their monthly productivity bonus will increase 17% to €120. The parties plan to begin new talks before year-end about wages for 2014 and 2015.
Fiat's dissident Fiom-CGIL union, which has sued the company over contract changes to work rules last year, is not part of the new contract.
