Fiat-Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne says Fiat SpA will probably increase its ownership of Chrysler Group LLC by 3.3% to 61.8% in July.
Fiat has an option to buy that stake from the United Auto Workers union's retiree healthcare trust, which owns 41.5% of Chrysler. The Italian company is in the midst of merging Chrysler into its operations.
