When Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV lists on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday, the new company could eventually sell as much as $830 million worth of shares, Reuters estimates.

The company holds some 34.6 million shares of treasury stock shares Fiat SpA owns in itself. The company also could reissue nearly 54 million shares it bought back from investors who opted not to convert their Fiat holdings into FCA stock.

Reuters calculates the combined value of the two groups of shares was $830 million on Thursday. CEO Sergio Marchionne says the timing of the two sales will hinge on the risks involved. FCA plans a roadshow for U.S. investors in November.
