FCA’s Fiat, Chrysler Units Get New Names

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV has given its Chrysler Group unit a new name: FCA USA LLC.

Similarly, the three-month-old company has renamed its Fiat SpA unit as FCA Italy SpA.

Both name changes are effective immediately, but neither will impact the company's brands, management or regional headquarters.

Fiat completed its acquisition of Chrysler in October. The resulting entity officially became Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV a day later when its stock was listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
