Delphi Names New Board Chairman, Adds Directors

Delphi Automotive plc has chosen board member Rajiv Gupta to take over as chairman on March 1.

Gupta, 69, will succeed John Krol, 78, who is retiring after the supplier's April 23 shareholder meeting.

New members of the board, also effective March 1, will be Kevin Clark, who has been named to succeed retiring Rodney O'Neal as Delphi's president and CEO; and Tim Manganello, former CEO of BorgWarner Inc.
