Terms were not disclosed. Delphi expects to complete the deal by year-end.
Rhode Island-based Antaya employs 200 people at locations in the U.S., Mexico, Germany and China. Delphi describes the company as North America's largest manufacturer of on-glass connectors for the automotive sector.
