Clark to Succeed O’Neal as CEO at Delphi
Delphi Automotive plc says Rodney O'Neal, the company's CEO for the past six years, will retire on March 1 but continue as an advisor until the end of 2015.
Delphi Automotive plc says Rodney O'Neal, the company's CEO for the past six years, will retire on March 1 but continue as an advisor until the end of 2015.
O'Neal, 61, will be succeeded by Kevin Clark, currently Delphi's chief financial officer on Oct. 1. Clark will be replaced by Mark Murphy, formerly president of Praxair Inc.'s industrial gases unit.
O'Neal began his 43-year career at General Motors Co. and joined Delphi's interiors business in 1997. He became Delphi's president and chief operating officer in 2005, swapping the COO role for the CEO title in 2007.
Clark, 52, joined Delphi as CFO in 2010. He started his automotive career in Chrysler Corp.'s financial unit.
