General Motors Co.’s Chevrolet unit is building a vehicle delivery center on the infield of Florida’s Daytona International Speedway.

For an unspecified fee, buyers will be able to take delivery of select Chevy models at the famed race track. The package also will include a tour of the speedway, an on-track driving experience, a keepsake and an authentication that the vehicle was delivered and driven on the track.

Located adjacent to Gatorade Victory Lane, the delivery center will resemble a traditional Chevy dealership, according to the carmaker. Pricing, model availability and other details will be announced later, with a goal of launching the program by the end of the year.

Corvette buyers already can choose to take delivery at the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Ky. That experience, which includes a private tour of the museum and the Corvette factory across the street, costs $990.
