Chevy Leads List of Most Searched Vehicles

Four of the vehicles most searched by people on Google this year were Chevrolets, led by the 2016 Malibu midsize car.

The second-most searched model was the Silverado pickup truck, according to Google’s annual “Year in Search” report. Also making the top-10 list are the all-new Camaro coupe (4th) and Colorado midsize pickup (8th).

The Toyota Tacoma pickup truck was third on Google’s search list this year, while the Honda HR-V crossover/SUV ranked fifth. It was followed by a pair of Fiat Chrysler SUVs—the Fiat 500X and Jeep Renegade—that share the same platform. Rounding out the top 10 are the Lexus NX 200t and Hyundai Tucson SUVs.
