CEO Ghosn’s Pay at Nissan Again Tops 1 Billion Yen
Carlos Ghosn received nearly 1.1 billion yen ($10.2 million) for his work as CEO of Nissan Motor Co. after the company reported record earnings for the fiscal year ended March 31.

His compensation also topped 1 billion yen in the previous fiscal year. Nissan has predicted its unit sales will rise 3% to 5.6 million units in the current 12-month period, but its profit net profit will be flat at 524 billion yen.
Ghosn also received €7.3 million ($8.2 million) in calendar 2015 as CEO of Renault SA. His combined compensation of about $18.4 million compares with an average $22.2 million for CEOs at comparable carmakers worldwide, according to the company.
