Car Sales Advance Less than 1% in France

New-car registrations in France totaled 161,000 units last month compared with 160,100 in October 2014, industry group CCFA reports.

October gains by BMW, Fiat Group, Hyundai, Renault, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and Volkswagen offset lower sales by PSA, Ford, Nissan and Opel.

New-car sales in France grew 6% to 1.58 million units through the first 10 months of 2015, according to CCFA.
