Breneiser Tapped to Head Product Planning for FCA North America
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV has named Todd Breneiser as the head of product planning for its North American operations and to be part of its U.S. leadership team, effective immediately.
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV has named Todd Breneiser as the head of product planning for its North American operations and to be part of its U.S. leadership team, effective immediately. He is responsible for the research and planning of all of the company's future vehicles in the market.
Breneiser succeeds Benjamin Winter, who now is vehicle line executive for FCA's C/D segment.
Breneiser has held various leadership positions in FCA's product planning department since 2011, most recently serving as director of portfolio planning for the unit. He joined Chrysler in 1992 as part of the company's rotational program for incoming engineers. Breneiser later held positions of increasing responsibility in the engineering, manufacturing and finance organizations, including stints in China and elsewhere in Asia.
Breneiser holds a master's of systems in engineering degree and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He has a bachelor's in manufacturing engineering degree from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University).
