Bosch Names Denner As New CEO

Robert Bosch GmbH says board member Volkmar Denner will become the company's new CEO and chairman of the board of management on July 1.

The 26-year Bosch veteran currently oversees the company's research, advance engineering and automotive electronics operations.

Denner succeeds Franz Fehrenbach, who will take over as chairman of the supervisory board. The current board chair, Hermann Scholl, 76, will retire on July 1 after 50 years with the company.
