Bentley describes the EXP 10 as a British interpretation of a high-performance sports car that also signals the brand's design evolution. The company revealed the concept on Monday ahead of the Geneva auto show.
If built, the EXP 10 would be the fifth in Bentley's lineup. Bentley chief Wolfgang Durheimer indicates the car would be positioned beside the brand's larger Continental GT coupe. That suggests a starting price around $184,000.
Bentley has revealed few mechanical details about the EXP 10, which shares VW's flexible MSB platform. The company does say the car is equipped with a gasoline-electric hybrid powertrain driving the rear wheels. Media reports predict a production version will use a more conventional powertrain powered by the Audi-built 4.0-cylinder twin-turbo V-8 Bentley uses in other models.
Inside, the concept features a 12-inch curved touchscreen and quilted-pattern seats and wood-trim doors.
