Audi AG is recalling 117,100 of its 2013-2015 model A4 and S4 small sedans and wagons in the U.S. and Canada to update faulty airbag control software.
The unit of Volkswagen AG says a flawed control algorithm may block the front airbags from deploying in a secondary crash if the side airbags have already been triggered.
Audi, which detected the problem during routine testing and field observations, expects to begin the recall next week.
