Hanno Kirner, chief financial officer for U.K.-based Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd., has left to become CFO of the land and sea division of Rolls-Royce plc, sources tell the Financial Times.

The newspaper notes that Kirner's departure is the latest in an extensive executive overhaul that began in October when Aston Martin hired Andy Palmer away from Nissan Motor Co. to be its CEO.

Since then Palmer has installed new heads of marketing, engineering and four of the company's six regional sales divisions.
