Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd. is developing a limited-edition production version of last year’s Rapide AMR concept car.

The sport sedan will be powered by a 6.0-liter V-12 engine that generates 580 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque. Top speed is listed at 205 mph, with a zero-to-60 mph sprint time of 4.2 seconds.

Styling cues are borrowed from other track oriented AMR (Aston Martin Racing) models, such as the Vantage AMR Pro and DB11 AMR. The aerodynamic package consisting of a splitter, sculpted door sills, trunk lip spoiler and rear diffuser—all of which are made from carbon fiber.

Other goodies include a performance suspension that’s lowered by 10 mm and features adaptive damping, a quad-exhaust system and carbon ceramic brakes. The car rides on 21-inch wheels shorn with Michelin Super Sport tires for enhanced cornering capability.

The Rapide AMR will bow later this year with pricing at $240,000. Production will be limited to 210 units.
