Justin McAnear, Tesla Inc.’s vice president of worldwide finance and operations, is joining the parade of high-level executives to leave the electric car company this year.

McAnear joined Tesla in 2015 from Apple Inc., where he had been a finance director for worldwide operations, according to his LinkedIn page. He says he told his staff a few weeks ago that he intends to leave on Oct. 7 to become chief financial officer at an unnamed company.

His exit follows that of Dave Morton, who quit last week after less than a month as the company’s chief accounting officer. Tesla’s engineering chief (Doug Field), left in June to return to Apple. Tesla’s manufacturing engineering leader (Shen Jackson), and head of communications (Sarah O’Brien) both quit last week.

Others departures this year include the head of Tesla’s Autopilot semi-autonomous driving hardware development (Jim Keller), treasurer (Susan Repo), chief accounting officer (Eric Branderiz) and global sales chief (Jon McNeill).
