Ford Motor Co.'s Automotive Components Holdings LLC unit has finalized a year-old agreement to sell its headlamp and taillight business to Ventra Sandusky LLC, a subsidiary of Flex-N-Gate automotive group in Urbana, Ill.

Terms were not disclosed, but the parties expect to complete the deal by June 30. The sale includes the lamp maker's plant in Sandusky, Ohio. Ventra Sandusky also will take control of ACH's lighting service parts operation in Bellevue, Ohio.

The deal leaves ACH with only one operation a climate control business in Plymouth Township, Mich. to sell.

ACH was created in 2005 to divest 17 factories Ford took back from its former parts subsidiary Visteon Inc. Ford has since absorbed two of those operations. ACH closed at least four others and has been selling the remaining inventory.
