Are Your TCUs Properly Sized for Your Injection Molding Machine Process?

|

Too many times, injection molders just guess what size temperature-control unit (TCU) is needed for their process or just use the same old one they have always used.

All TCUs are not created equal! A general-purpose TCU might work, but are you getting the best performance from the TCU and mold? Can you improve part quality and improve cycle time? In this webinar, Wittmann Battenfeld will show you what to consider when applying a TCU to a process and how proper sizing can benefit your bottom dollar.

Agenda:

  • Heating
  • Cooling
  • Pump selection
  • Direct or indirect cooling?
