Visteon’s CFO Resigns

Christian Garcia has resigned as Visteon Corp.’s chief financial officer and will leave the company at the end of October.
William Robinson, Visteon’s former treasurer, will step in again as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is named. Robinson, who was serving as Visteon’s treasurer, left the company in June.
Garcia, now 58, joined the automotive electronics supplier as CFO in October 2016. He relieved Robinson, who was controller at the time and had had been serving as acting CFO for four months.
Visteon reported the staff change today to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company says his impending departure is not related to any operational, financial or policy issues.
