Britain's Office of Fair Trading says Daimler AG's Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle operations and three of its dealers have admitted fixing prices of vans and trucks between 2008 and early 2010.
Britain's Office of Fair Trading says Daimler AG's Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle operations and three of its dealers have admitted fixing prices of vans and trucks between 2008 and early 2010.
The anti-trust watchdog says the parties coordinated prices or exchanged commercially sensitive information.
The OFT fined Mercedes 1.5 million (€1.7 million) and the dealers a combined 1.1 million (€1.3 million). A fourth dealership involved in the scheme was not fined because it was first to cooperate with regulators.
