Toyota locked out workers on March 16 after it said contentious labor talks led to sabotage and threats to the plant's managers. The facilities make Camry, Corolla and Etios cars, Innova vans and Fortuner SUVs.
The company says workers may return after they sign a good-conduct statement. Negotiations that began last year for a new labor pact remain incomplete.
