Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd.'s Subaru car division will debut the Levorg, a sports tourer concept aimed at the Japanese market, during the Tokyo auto show in November.

The company says it is developing prototypes and plans to put the car into production in Japan in 2014.

The Levorg is powered by an all-new direct-injection turbocharged 1.6-liter flat four-cylinder engine. The concept features the next generation of Subaru's EyeSight camera-based driver assistance system with added safety features that include active steering control.

Subaru also will use the Tokyo show to reveal its three-row Crossover 7 concept, a first look at the model that could replace the Tribeca crossover in the 2015 model year.
