Visteon Corp. says Joy Greenway, president of its climate control unit, will leave the company on April 30.
In January Visteon completed the sale of most of its automotive climate control business to its South Korean affiliate, Halla Climate Control Corp.
Yong-Hwan Park, president of the renamed unit Halla-Visteon Climate Control Corp., will report to Visteon CEO Time Leuliette, according to Crain's Detroit Business. Visteon owns 70% of that company.
Visteon says it also dismissed Keith Shull, senior vice president of human resources. The company tells Crain's that Barbara Quilty, director of compensation and benefits, will become vice president of human resources. The company's business units will now handle most HR functions directly.
