Toyota Motor Corp. plans to badge its upcoming fuel-cell sedan Mirai, a Japanese word for "future," an unnamed source tells Bloomberg News.

Toyota plans to debut the 7 million-yen ($69,000) car in Japan in April and in limited parts of Europe and the U.S. a few months later.

The company has released no details about the car. But it says the four-door will perform like a gasoline-powered car including a refill time of about three minutes. Sales will be limited to areas that have hydrogen fueling facilities.
