Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV will relocate the U.S. headquarters of its Maserati brand from Englewood Cliffs, N.J., to the former Chrysler Museum building within FCA’s Chrysler headquarters complex in suburban Detroit, sources tell Automotive News.

The marque will then share operations with the U.S. headquarters of FCA’s Alfa Romeo brand. Both units are headed by Reid Bigland.

Maserati, which returned to the U.S. market in 2002, currently operates 20 stand-alone dealerships and 108 franchises in the U.S., according to AN. Alfa Romeo has nine stand-alone outlets and 155 franchises.

The three-story, 55,000 sq-ft Chrysler Museum opened in Auburn Hills, Mich., in 1999, closed between 2012 and mid-2016 and was shut down permanently last December.
