PSA Names New Chiefs for Citroen, DS Brands

PSA Peugeot Citroen has named Linda Jackson, currently managing director of its Citroen brand in the U.K., as CEO of the brand worldwide.

Jackson will succeed Frederic Banzet, who is taking a senior management role with FFP, a unit of the Peugeot family's holding company.

PSA also has appointed Yves Bennefont to become CEO of its DS line of premium Citroen small cars. He currently is deputy CEO for the Citroen brand and director of strategy for PSA. The company said last month it would turn DS into a separate brand.

Jackson and Bennefont will begin their new assignments on June 1.
