Jakarta-based Nissan Financial Services Indonesia will provide retail new-car financing and leasing for Datsun, Infiniti and Nissan brand vehicles sold within the country. Nissan says service will begin in the Jakarta area and gradually expand to other large cities in Indonesia.
NFSI has been capitalized at 100 billion rupiah ($88 million). Nissan owns 75% of the company and PT Indomobil Multi Jasa holds the remaining 25% share.
