The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is looking into 30 complaints from Chevrolet Corvette owners that their cars' low beams may abruptly stop working.
The investigation covers a population of about 103,400 'Vettes made during the 2005-2007 model years. NHTSA says the high beams continue to function even when the low beams cut out.
Owners describe the problem as intermittent. Some report to NHTSA that dealers attribute the issue to an overheated fuse box.
