New China Tech Center Is TRW’s Biggest Anywhere

TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. has opened a 710,400-sq-ft technical center its largest anywhere in the world in Anting, China.

The complex can house more than 20 test labs and will employ at least 1,200 engineers, researchers and technical staff.

The Anting Technical Center will provide R&D, engineering design, testing and validation for all of TRW's major automotive product lines: brakes, steering, suspension, occupant safety and safety electronics businesses.
