Ford Motor Co.’s Lincoln unit has appointed Kemal Curic as design director.

Curic succeeds David Woodhouse, who left Lincoln in June to become the design chief of Nissan Motor Co.’s North American operations.
A native of Sarajevo in the federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Curic joined Ford in 2003 and has been with Lincoln since 2014.
His credits include the exterior design of the 2015 Mustang pony car. At Lincoln he worked on the Continental sedan, Aviator SUV and Corsair crossover vehicle.
