Morgan Motor announced on Tuesday that Morgan, 62, is no longer part of the management team or board of directors.
Morgan exited the position of managing director in March but continued with the company in a brand promotion role, Automotive News Europe notes. Neither the company nor Mr. Morgan has commented on the reason for his removal.
The company, which was founded in 1910, makes vintage-design sports cars in England at a rate of about 1,200 per year. Prices range from 33,100 (€39,100) to about 234,700 (€277,500).
