Trevor Mann, chief operating officer for Mitsubishi Motors Corp. for the past three years, is leaving the company at the end of March.

Mann (pictured) had joined MMC in 2016 from Nissan, where he was the larger company’s chief performance officer. His replacement is Ashwani Gupta, who currently leads global commercial vehicles for the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi alliance.
Also quitting this week is Vincent Cobee, who served as MMC’s corporate vice president of product strategy. His successor has not yet been announced. Cobee also joined MMC from Nissan, where he had been global leader for that company’s Datsun brand.
A third executive, Arun Bajaj, has exited as Nissan’s head of human resource. He took a leave of absence after Ghosn’s arrest and has cooperated with prosecutors in Japan in their investigation.
In January, Jose Munoz, Nissan’s chief performance officer and a strong Ghosn ally, quit after taking a brief leave of absence.
