Gov. Rick Snyder says the move by the Michigan Economic Development Corp. will help develop each partner’s connected-vehicle infrastructure, expand research activities and encourage high-tech startups.
A separate cooperative deal between the University of Michigan and Shanghai Jiao Tong University will debut a special automotive executive development program next year.
