Merged Fiat-Chrysler Expected to Get NYSE Listing
CEO Sergio Marchionne will recommend to the Fiat SpA board on Jan. 29 that the company created by this week's merger with Chrysler Group LLC make the New York Stock Exchange its primary listing, according to Bloomberg News.

Marchionne also will suggest that Milan currently the Italian carmaker's primary listing become the secondary market for shares of the merged company.
Finally, Marchionne will propose giving the company a fiscal domicile in the U.K. for tax purposes, even though its headquarters is likely to be elsewhere. Last week he said he favors the U.S. as home for the new company.
Fiat's board also will discuss terms for merging the company with Chrysler and decide the resulting corporate structure.
